Shipping Information

Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our best estimate of how long it will take for you to receive your order. The EDT is a standard calculation based on two variables:

Estimated fulfillment time (EFT) – this is the time it takes to create your order. All our products are made to order, this helps us reduce product pollution and environmental waste. As a result, it does take 3-5 days to create your order. In most cases orders are ready within a few days. The only current exception is shoes which take anywhere from 3-7 days to create.
Estimated shipping time (EST) – this is the time it takes to ship your order to you, minus delays at international borders depending on where your shipment is coming from or going to.

EFT + EST = EDT

Our estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. Several reasons may cause additional delays including but not limited to:

Irregular production issues at any one of our fulfillment centres
Products being out of stock
Shipping related delays, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, harsh weather conditions, public unrest, government mandated restrictions or many other unforeseen obstacles.

We will however work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

If the EDT has passed, please wait a little longer. If after 5 days from the EDT have passed, please reach out to us via email or chat and we will look into this for you.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping may be available to you depending on your order quantity. If free shipping is available to you, it will be offered on the checkout page.
Our current offer is "FREE LIFETIME SHIPPING" for all customers who register before December 31, 2025. This offer remains on all active accounts.
You may also qualify for Free Shipping on orders over US$150" (before tax where applicable). This offer is valid worldwide.

PRODUCED LOCALLY

The Locally Produced items refer to locally produced products that may be delivered relatively quicker than international products. Refer to payment page for estimated delivery dates based on our live shipping calculations.

LIVE SHIPPING RATES

For your convenience, we also calculate live shipping rates in real-time based on the size and weight of the shipment. This allows us to offer additional shipping options that are much faster than the “free shipping” that may be available to you.

Our express shipping option is only available if we can offer it in your area. As a result, you may not always see an additional shipping option depending on where you are located and our current list of restricted areas.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping where we are permitted to do so. We don’t however ship to some regions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

The following list of restricted countries may change depending on world events. As of today, we don’t ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine; Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea.
