Prices are exclusive of taxes and duties, which may be applied at checkout or upon delivery based on your country’s regulations.
We aim to offer fair, globally competitive prices while supporting small-batch artisans and premium craftsmanship.

2. Navigating New Tariffs

We are actively monitoring global tariff changes — including newly proposed U.S. tariffs under the Trump administration.
If any tariffs affect our product categories (like home décor or accessories), we are absorbing as much of the cost as possible to avoid passing it on to you.
Our local fulfillment model means many items ship from within your region (e.g., US, UK, EU), helping to minimize import duties and shipping delays.

3. Shipping

FREE LIFETIME SHIPPING is available for all customers who register or sign up for our newsletter by December 31, 2025.
- This offer is only available while a customer is an active member (e.g., if you withdraw membership, marketing consent, or deactivate your account, you will no longer be eligible).
Free Shipping is available for non-members on all orders above $150 USD.
Flat-rate shipping applies for other orders based on location and product type (shown at checkout).
We ship from the closest fulfillment center or directly from our artisans when needed.

4. Taxes & Duties

Customers may be responsible for local duties or VAT based on their region.
We flag any additional costs at checkout — no surprises!
For regions heavily impacted by import duties (like parts of Africa or the Caribbean), we’re working on regional partnerships to reduce or eliminate these charges over time.

5. Payment Options

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
Buy Now, Pay Later is available via Klarna in select countries.
All payments are protected by world-class security systems.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Check the product page for exceptions (e.g., custom or clearance items).
