We are 100% online, we do not have a physical store. You can find us on our main website Sibaya Home, on Instagram.

2. Where are you located?

We are 100% online. We believe this positions us well to better serve our customers who are across the world including Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania. Our corporate offices are in Toronto ON, our operations offices are in Durban, South Africa and our fulfillment centres are in several countries in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. *Please note our offices are not customer facing. 3. What are your business hours?

4. Why can’t I find my country?

We are working hard to add more countries. Signup for our monthly newsletter (signup form down below) where we share new products and new regions. You can follow us on Instagram where we will announce additional countries.

5. Why can’t I complete my purchase?

We currently ship from and only to USA, United Kingdom and Western Europe. Refer to our live list of countries we ship to here.

To delete your account, send a note using the contact form. Include your email address. Your account will be deleted within 24 hours. A confirmation will be sent to the email address that belongs to the account.
